Join us for a night of musical theater cabaret as the pages of great novels come to life on the stage! MT Cabaret is a benefit event that is entirely student produced and directed by the Musical Theater senior class and is open to all departments and all grade levels to come together for the joy of singing. This year’s theme celebrates literature adapted into musicals - From Page To Stage!

Tickets start at a suggested donation of $5/child (12 and under) and $10/adult - feel free to name your price, as every dollar raised supports opportunities for students in the musical theater department including field trips, master classes, and more. We look forward to seeing you there!

Inspired by the twisted genius of Roald Dahl, the Tony Award-winning Matilda The Musical is the captivating masterpiece that revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination, and the inspiring story of a girl who dreams of a better life. With book by Dennis Kelly and original songs by Tim Minchin, Matilda has won 47 international awards and continues to thrill sold-out audiences of all ages around the world.  

Performances are Friday, May 1, Friday May 8, and Saturday May 9 at 7:30 PM. We have added a matinee on Saturday May 2 at 2:00 PM.

But as adulthood approaches, each sister must negotiate her private ambitions with society’s expectations.

Join us on Saturday, January 17 at 3 pm for a fundraiser celebrating student work from each of our departments: Dance, Design and Theater Production, Music, Musical Theater, Theater, and Visual Arts. 
The money raised from this event will go to student scholarships, programs, and experiences.
Tickets are pay-what-you-can starting at $5.
Doors to the lobby open at 2:00 pm for our Visual Arts Exhibit and Design and Theater Production Showcase and performances begin at 3 pm.
This will be in the Main Stage Theater located at 359 Washington St. in Hartford.
