Open Studio has returned in 2024. This year, the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Half-Day Program took part in the city-wide gallery consisting of multiple Hartford venues. This year, Academy students, faculty, and alumni had their work on display and for sale in the theater gallery located at the school. Collectively, participants sold up $1,200 worth of their work.  

Open Studio is an event that provides local artists with the opportunity to show their art face to face and provide the patron an opportunity to purchase work directly from the artist. The event happens bi-annually.
